We’ve provided around 340 riding lessons to young people from low income backgrounds.
We’ve worked with 240 young people from regular members, visiting groups and local schools.
We’ve provided nearly 2000 hours of support included riding lessons, youth clubs and trips.
The festive season is upon us once more! As per usual, we’ve had a fabulous time… We’ve said goodbye to superstar residents Splash & Joe who served the young people of Brixton so brilliantly for the last few years. They’ve gone to the best ever retirement homes and we can’t wait to see them relaxing and enjoying their semi- retirement! Our youngsters have been busy enjoying another year at Winter Wonderland thanks to one of our incredibly kind supporters, a festive weekend at Danes Farm (thank you Kate!) and another amazing few days at London International. We had a very special guest to Ebony in the shape of footballer Eric Dier – some of our die hard football fans enjoyed meeting him, and most crucially, discussing why Messi is the greatest footballer of all time…
We’ve loved doing some more Pony Club badges and even entered the Pony Club art competition (Thanks Etta! Fingers Crossed). Rather excitingly, we’ve welcomed 2 new horses to our crew! Please feel free to pop by any time and say hello to Larry and Cosmo, they’re both fantastic! A huge thank you again to all of our supporters for another incredible year. You’ve made such a significant difference to young lives in Brixton.
