I’m Birgitta, the Assistant Yard Manager. I work on the yard making sure the horses are all happy and well. Horses have always been my passion and I love watching that passion grow in all who come to Ebony. When I’m not taking care of the Ebony horses, I am out in a country field enjoying time with my own horse.
Hi, I’m Naomi. I first got involved at Ebony as a volunteer and spent several years helping out before joining the team in 2017, I am now the General Manager. I have a background in both the charity and corporate sector focussing on fundraising and working with grassroots community organisations. I love that my job at Ebony is really varied between working with the young people and horses as well as the office side of things.
Hi I’m Rads, qualified personal trainer, strength and conditioning Coach and studied sports coaching at University Of Roehampton. I know that life can be tough sometimes and that’s why I wanted to become a youth worker to support and inspire young people. I love being around horses, they’re so calming, soft and gentle
Hi, I’m Christine and I am the Admin Coordinator and Yard Assistant here at Ebony. Horse riding has taught me so much over the years and given me so many great role models and friends, it’s great to me able to help do the same for others. I mainly work in the office but also work out on the yard so you may find me out there mucking out stables and even teaching the odd lesson.
Hi my name is Tom and I am the tallest member of staff at Ebony.
I have been around horses all my life and love working with the horses at the club . I really feel they play a vital role in the Brixton community and l am honoured that I am part of a team that help to make a difference to peoples lives.
In my spare time I like getting out and learning about the natural world . I also like to read , eat and dance. I am much better at eating than I am at dancing!
Ciao, I’m Beatrice and I’m Co-Yard Manager and Lead Instructor here at Ebony. I’ve been around horses all my life, but I’ve discovered my passion for teaching only a few years ago. I love teaching at Ebony, all our young riders make every lesson super fun and it’s such a rewarding experience seeing them blossom through their relationship with their horse. My horse Molly is also at Ebony with me, so when I’m not working you’d still see me around fussing over her; she is my baby after all!
Hi I’m Anne, I’ve worked in the charity sector for over 25 years and I’m thrilled to have joined Ebony and the Finance and Office Coordinator, a role that fulfils my love of animals and admin! I come from a skills training background, so I know the benefits of engaging and learning new stuff. Getting to work surrounded by horses in the middle of a busy city is an added bonus!
